Art history is just too tedious for me. D: I don't want to memorize all this stuff haha! How was your experience with it?
there were literally hundreds of paintings and for each one i had to memorize the artist, date it was created, medium, country of origin and historical and religious details. our tests were blue book exams where she would choose random paintings to ask about (so you had to study every single one) and you would have to not only regurgitate the info about the painting, but write a whole essay about it and its historical/religious significance and a bunch more stuff. the final was i think like 2 long essays and like 10 short essays (that weren’t even short) haha it was SO tedious for me. plus i took it like freshman year when i didn’t even know how to do well in college hahaha. i ended up getting a C+ i think. art history is ridiculous. when’s your midterm? and hows your class? (and other classes youre taking)
